Where's My Paxil?

The line at the top, which is addressed to the Paxil selling team, reads:

"Let's face it in the end. The only thing the anxious and agitated patient will be saying is...

"Where's my Paxil!!!!!!"

The subject line of the memo reads 'Discontinuation Syndrome' - in other words 'Withdrawal'.

This is a segment of an internal document that was doing the rounds within SmithKline Beecham, now GlaxoSmithkline, in 1997.

If YOU were a rep, how would you perceive this memo?
